How Becca Voigt Found CrossFit

It All Started With Fight Gone Bad

Becca Voigt is 2010 Games champ Kristan Clever's training partner. She is also an accomplished CrossFitter in her own right. Voigt came in 7th place at the 2010 CrossFit Games and 20th in the 2009 Games.

Voigt was a competitive athlete before she found CrossFit. She played forward for Menlo College women's basketball. A friend of hers in Palo Alto first introduced Becca to CrossFit. Her friend owned a CrossFit affiliate that was participating in the first Fight Gone Bad charity event.

Becca trained for the event for a month at a globo gym, and then showed up in Palo Alto for Fight Gone Bad. She was hooked before she even started the workout.
