Again Faster Owner Jon Gilson Explains How the Team Came About
The story behind Team Again Faster is embarassing, at least for owner Jon Gilson. At the 2010 CrossFit Games, Again Faster already had previous Games athletes such as Pat Barber and Stacey Kroon on staff. They bugged Jon about why Rogue had so many sponsored athletes at the Games and Again Faster had none.
With the help of friends Concept 2, Inov-8, and Forged Clothing, Again Faster put a sponsorship package together and assemble a team. Beyond looking for competitive athletes, Jon looked for athletes that would be effective ambassadors for the sport of fitness.
