Natalie Burgener Takes 12th at the Worlds
Congratulations to Natalie. Husband Casey will lift on Saturday
Natalie Burgener of Team CrossFit took the stage yesterday in the Senior World Championships which are being held in Antalya, Turkey. Natalie totaled 210 Kilos and took the 12th spot overall. This was Natalie's fourth Worlds competition and her first since the Beijing Olympics where she totaled one kilo better than yesterday's result.

Natalie is a long time member of the CrossFit community. She and her husband, Casey, have been coaching at olympic lifting seminars with Casey's father, Mike Burgener, since their inception. The Burgeners currently reside at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. Natalie is also a trainer at CrossFit SoCo.

Natalie and Casey are returning to the United States just in time for the CrossFit/USAW Open, which takes place a week from Friday. They will be presenting guest commentary and weightlifting exhibitions throughout the weekend.
