'09 Games competitors find themselves up against a familiar implement.
The fourth event at the 2010 CrossFit Games for the individuals had a familiar implement from 2009: the sandbag.
Gathered in the main stadium, competitors had to move (600/370 lb.) of sandbags down the stairs, across the stadium floor, up the wall and up the stairs. Through the middle of the floor, a wheelbarrow was in place to transfer bags across the stadium floor.
Men’s Heat 4: Brandon Phillips, Mikko Salo, Matt Chan, Chris Spealler, Rich Froning Jr., and Graham Holmberg.
Women’s Heat 4: Christy Phillips, Julie Foucher, Jessica Pamanian, Valerie MacKenzie Voboril, Annie Thorisdottir, and Kristan Clever.
