James talks training and strategy
James Hobart is a 2 year CrossFit Games competitor and general all around solid athlete. In the world of CrossFit his fast lifts are extremely strong. At a height of 5' 7" and a weight of 180-lbs. (84 Kilo Class) he can clean and jerk 299-lbs. and snatch - 233-lbs. In October he will compete in the inaugural CrossFit/USAW Open.
In this interview by Again Faster, James talks about how he is training for the upcoming CrossFit/USAW Open. Amongst other things, James is excited to don a singlet and compete under the strict rules of a sanctioned weightlifting event.
The meet will take place October 1, 2 and 3rd at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Spots are filling up fast. If you haven't already, you can register online.

Lucy-you are correct but those girls are specialists, James can do it all, from a 10K to gymnastics movements to a 1 rep max lift. If you are competing, I wish you all the best.

Scott, if you are competing, make sure to refer to them as "women" not "girls" or they will mop the floor with you even more.
