The ladies take on 'Helen on Steriods'
The second event of the 2010 CrossFit Games was, as Pat Sherwood called it “Helen on Steroids” which was capped off by a maximum effort overhead. The final women’s heat featured Kate Rawlings, Lauren Roberts, Laura Demarco, Chyna Cho, Stacie Tovar, Lindsey Smith, Michelle Kinney, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, Heather Bergeron, Rebeca Voigt, Christy Phillips, Julie Foucher, Jessica Pamanian, Valerie MacKenzie Voboril, Annie Thorrisdottir and Kristan Clever.
