Noah Pester is accustomed to performing under pressure. Years of football at the Semi-pro level have conditioned him to perform on game day. With impressive stats and a background in Semi-Professional sports, he is an athlete to watch this weekend in Puyallup.

Noah is a firefighter and CrossFit coach at CrossFit Marysville, which he co-owns. He started CrossFit 2 years ago but has just gotten serious about it - and his diet - in the last 6 months. His hard work paid off with a 19th place finish at The Washington Sectional event.
The screaming fans in puyallup will be lead by Pester's wife and members of both CrossFit Marysville and CrossFit Advantage, where he used to train.
