Athlete Profile: Lisa Shiu - Central East Regional

1st overall at the Arnold Classic.

Lisa Shui’s full-time occupation is a personal trainer in a globo gym, and while she doesn’t workout in a traditional CrossFit setting, she’s established some exceptional capacity on her own. Finishing first overall at the Ohio sectional, in front of the Governator himself, she went 2nd, 1st, 4th and 2nd on the workouts for the weekend, respectively.

This weekend she’s looking to take on the best that the Central East Regional has to offer in Logan, Ohio.
