Possible Rope Climb at the Australian Regional
Quick lessons on a difficult skill.
The Australian NSW/ACT Sectional hit a lot of athletes harder than expected this year. Continuing in that vein, the programming for the Australian Regional may include some unexpected obstacles, like a rope climb.
Rope climbing is a great test for strength, coordination and agility. Here is a small clip of some of the girls at CFX doing a workout involving a rope climb.
Something like this could be expected at this year’s Regional qualifier.
Tip: Try to bring your legs up to your elbow as high as you can on each bit of the rope. Let your legs do most of the work as a rock climber does.

The Pain Train,
We are starting legal proceedings against you as you have infringed on the name of one of our coaches.
Mitch Caine, the Real Pain Train, holds such records as most vomits during a workout and longest time to recover after a workout.
He is calling you OUT and wants to go head to head with the winner earning the title Pain Train :)
