What is your athletic background?
I grew up playing games with my two massive brothers (and a very cleverly tough sister), so strength and toughness was required for my survival. In High School, I participated in as many sports as possible and excelled in Track and Cross Country. In College I joined the track team until injuries forced me to drop out. I then discovered Jazz dance and danced professionally for an AFL team in 2007. I discovered CrossFit in 2008 and have been addicted ever since!
What is your history with CrossFit?
I am currently working full-time as the Head Trainer at CrossFit Montana in Missoula, MT. On the side I teach spin, aerobics, and dance, and have coached Track & Field (sprints/relays/hurdles) for five years (a girl has to eat!). I got my Level I in June of 2008, my Level II in October of 2009, and am currently interning with the CrossFit HQ Certification Staff.

As a Broncos booster, you be misery with the choice of sporting the fashionable armada down or silver jerseys or you can reach uplift to the Squash days and diversion the archaic orange jersey. There is of plainly the ‚lite of sporting a non-traditional jersey genre, and depending on the family colleague, the jerseys can vary.
