What is your athletic background?
I come from a footballing background retiring 2 years ago due to injury. Took up running and cycling to try and keep fit and now take part in amateur level triathlons. I found CrossFit last year and haven't looked back since.
What is your history with CrossFit?
I am just an athlete - started in May/June 2009
What is unique and/or interesting about you as an individual or athlete?
I have double jointed thumbs! That's pretty unique.
