Affiliate Team Deadline
Final team rosters are due now!
Affiliate teams, are all your team members officially registered? If not, make it happen ASAP, because registration is closing soon.
One week prior to each event, the registration will be closed and no further changes can be made to your team. This means that if you do not have all of your team members signed up at that time, you will be forced to field the team that is registered at the time of closing. If you do not have enough team members to field a team you will forfeit your team's spot.
There are no exceptions to this rule. Once you see the workouts posted for your Regional, you know registration is closed.
Please finalize your team as soon as you can and be sure that each individual member has completed the registration process.

Just to be clear...our Southwest Regional announcements initially said 2 weeks prior to the event was the deadline for team rosters. I'm assuming that this one-week prior rule applies to ALL regionals now, including Southwest. Please confirm.

We (S/W) are in lockstep with this announcement so consider us, corrected. You have more time to get your team registration finalized!
Kim and all,
Our intent is to post the workouts on Wednesday the 5th. The individual athletes (and only them) have an additional workout that they will get when they check in on Friday. They will sign up for that workout's heat on Friday the 7th. That additional workout will take place on Saturday.

At what point will waitlisted affiliate teams be contacted, if they are fortunate enough to be able to participate at the Regionals? My affiliate is #3 on the list and we are ready, willing and able to compete.
