It's too easy to criticise when you're not the one organising the event.

Personally, I think these WOD's are fantastic as they will allow a greater athlete participation. This will help grow CrossFit in South Europe. These are sectionals not regionals or finals.

A big thank you to Maurizio and Umberto for organising this event.

Pukie #2

'where is the strength'?. Mate, 10 reps of 140kg DL is no joke.

I tried this morning the Godfather workout with the advice and support of my alchimist Davide "Rostok" Garavaglia. That's great!!! Good luck to all from CrossGym Milano!!!

Just trying to get a sense of how the godfather was scored. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance

26. nick w wrote...

how was WOD 1 scored? How did they get to a numerical value?

27. Sven wrote...

They gave 1pt per 10m rowed and 1pt per rep on the C&J.
So 1 complete round was 30pts.
That's what my friend told me, who competed there...

So the top guy must have done 6 complete rounds + 146m on the row in round 7...
