CrossFit Games competition heats up the North East
The NY/NJ sectionals started off a bit chilly with 30 degree temps at 8:30am but the competitors heated things up quickly when they took to the rowers for Workout 1. Bundled up Spectators lined the long driveway of Guerrilla Fitness CrossFit Montclair and cheered for their favorite athlete. Competitors, as expected, gave it their all pulling straight through their second 1k row and literally falling off the machines, feet still strapped down.
