Australian Athlete Profile - Lauren Roberts
My sporting background consists of flat water kayaking, and surf lifesaving. I joined crossfit in February 2009, completely out of shape. With the variety in training and being surrounded by people who have similar goals, CrossFit is a lifestyle for me. I am fitter, leaner and healthier than ever before. Lauren currently trains at CrossFit New Zealand.
