Athlete Profile - Forrest Walden
Forrest Walden has been squeezing in training while trying to open his affiliate, Iron Tribe Fitness. Training out his garage for the last 18 months he has made the leap to affiliate owner and he and his tribe are already setting new PR's with the additional equipment and space to perform their wod's. Forrest's only goal is to hang with Kevin Lowe at this years sectionals! Kevin Beat Forrest by one point in the Region's "Oktoberfest games" this year in Franklin Tennessee.
